Custom & Personalized Jewelry
All custom, made‑to‑order, and personalized pieces are final sale.
Due to the nature of custom design and production, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom jewelry once production has begun.

Ready‑to‑Ship Items
We accept returns on ready‑to‑ship (non‑custom) items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
